Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

Welcome to popesko.com. This Return and Refund Policy governs the conditions for returning products and receiving compensation. Please read these terms carefully before submitting a return request.

2. Return Period

Our Return and Refund Policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your order.

If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with no visible or hidden damage.

Personal hygiene and health products.
Downloadable digital products.
Products containing hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you an email confirming receipt. You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If the refund is approved, you will receive either:

A bank transfer to a bank account provided by you for the value of the returned item; or
A personalized store coupon/code equal to the value of the returned item.

The refund method depends entirely on your preference.

Examples:

If you return a product purchased for €49.99, you will receive a coupon/code with a €49.99 credit for a future purchase.
If you return a product purchased for €49.99, you will receive a BANK TRANSFER in the amount of €49.99.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

Processing your return and refund may take up to 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your refund:

Check your inbox again.
Restart your email application and check again.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different product, return the original item and use the coupon code provided to make a new purchase.
