These terms govern online purchases from popesko.com. Before ordering, review the product details, selected size, price, delivery and these terms. Contracts may be concluded in Bulgarian or English according to your selected language. Keep your confirmation and the terms for reference.

Products, sizes and availability

The product page describes the style, material, sizes and availability. Screen colours may vary slightly with display settings; this does not limit your rights if an item does not match its description. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock.

If a price or stock error occurs, we will contact you to resolve it. We do not substitute an item or charge a higher price without agreement. If fulfilment is impossible, we refund any payment without undue delay; your statutory rights remain intact.

Ordering and confirmation

Add your chosen items and sizes to the cart, enter delivery details and select an available payment method. You can correct details and quantities before final submission. Placing an order entails an obligation to pay the displayed total, including when using cash on delivery.

After submission, a confirmation is sent to the email provided. An automated order-received message acknowledges receipt; acceptance for fulfilment is confirmed by an express message or dispatch of the goods. If a message is missing, check your spam folder and contact us.

Prices and payment

Prices use the currency shown in the store and include applicable taxes. Delivery and any other charges are shown before the final order. Discount codes and free delivery apply to qualifying orders under their stated conditions. Check the total after entering a code.

Use the payment methods displayed at checkout. With cash on delivery, payment is due on receipt under the selected courier service’s conditions. Do not email payment-card details or banking passwords.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch from Bulgaria within 1–3 working days after a successful order. For advance-payment methods, preparation starts after payment confirmation. Courier transit time is additional. Supported addresses, delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout.

Unless another delivery period is agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of contract conclusion. Contact us about delays; applicable rights include an appropriate additional deadline and termination with reimbursement if delivery still fails, or immediate termination in the cases provided by law.

For a courier offered by us, the risk of loss or damage stays with us until you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. We will help with parcel problems. The statutory exception applies where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

You may notify us of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receipt without giving a reason, and send the goods back within 14 days of that notice. This includes sale items and standard sizes. Prior approval is not required. You may try on clothing as in a shop; handling beyond necessary inspection may result in a deduction for actual diminished value.

Return postage for withdrawal is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed or the required prior information was not provided. Full-order withdrawal includes reimbursement of original standard delivery. Refunds are due within 14 days of notice, subject to withholding until goods or proof of return dispatch arrive, whichever is earlier. We use the original payment method unless another fee-free method is expressly agreed; vouchers are optional.

Complaints and legal guarantee

For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, contact us with a description and order details. Statutory conformity rights are separate from 14-day withdrawal and include at least two years of protection from delivery. Subject to the applicable conditions, remedies include free repair or replacement and, where the law provides, a price reduction or termination. Necessary returns for a valid claim are at no cost to you.

Accounts, content and personal data

Keep contact details accurate and protect your account access. Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful content or security interference. We may restrict access for substantiated abuse without removing rights relating to purchases already made.

Text, photographs, logo and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Commercial use requires permission except where permitted by law. Personal-data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy; accepting these terms does not constitute marketing consent.

Disputes and changes to these terms

You can contact us to seek a resolution. You may also contact Bulgaria’s Commission for Consumer Protection and the competent courts, and explore conciliation through the Commission. Mandatory arbitration is not required.

Bulgarian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the applicable law of their country of habitual residence. Changes apply to future purchases; concluded contracts retain their agreed terms. No clause excludes liability or rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
